This Lenten hymn is from 127 of Father Stefan Papp's Duchovňi Pisňi (1969), where is is credited to Father I. Ducjko.

The same two verses, along with an English translation (O my people, O my people) were printed in Monsignor William Levkulic's collection, Hymns for Great Lent.
